Really cool wrist heart rate watch. I confirmed accuracy by testing against my chest strap heart rate monitor sumultaneously. There were slight deviations in bpm during intervals. Chest strap seemed to catch the change in rate quicker, both up and down, but in a few seconds both technologies displayed similar bpm rates. Instructions are sketchy in quick start guide. Watch is intuitive. No instructions are necessary. Give it a couple of days. Battery lasts almost a full week! I love the GFR235!

I'm switching from an Apple Watch 3. Had this one for a few days and really impressed. Mianly got it for stronger battery life and at about half the price of the Apple it does just about everything a little bit better except its screen graphics aren't quite at nice. As a whole this watch is fantastic buy.
