Decent quality, but run small.
These are reasonably well-made, decent-looking and comfortable. The woven wool only runs across the top, and it is a thin black fleece type liner inside... which I prefer. Just FYI, they are made in China. I had to return mine though because they run small. I ordered XL because that is the size I usually wear with other brands. These were more like a M/L in normal US sizing.
