Don't know about waterproof, but the price was right. Seems of quality at the price-line. Also roomy enough (and nice and long) for two non-chubby adults. Durability ? Remains to be seen. Not purchase with daily/long-term seasonal use requirements. Pop up trailer/van camping only.
