I would recommend the sleeping bag. they only advice I would give is that the manufacturer should make the bag that the sleep mag goes into much larger. it's kind of ridiculous trying to get it back in there. I'm not using it. But the sleeping bag itself is high quality and plenty of space inside for two people and plenty warm. if I was camping in 40° weather and it was fine, didn't need any extra blanket.
