Genuine Dickies Red Carbon Fiber Accordion Sunshade, 41408WDI

Thanks so much @influenster and @genuinedickies for this amazing complimentary. Finally an amazing sunshade. I absolutely love this. It's large enough to fully cover the whole windshield, so the sun doesn't get inside like with smaller shades. I also love that it doesn't use annoying suction cups that constantly fall off. It stays in place well, folds easily, and keeps the car much cooler. The carbon fiber design also looks really nice. In FL climate it's a must have.

Let's start with the good! This Dickies sunshade is beautifully constructed. It is thick and durable. The seams and stiching are of strong quality. The colors are deep and vivid. They really pop! The accordion design is well thought out. There is an extra little length in the folds that allows for the shade to fold into a box shape. There is even a buckle that you can clip to keep everything together. This thought and feature gives it the sunshade superiority when it comes to storing it either inside or outside of a car. This has always been a pain point for me that has caused me to stop using sunshades in the past. I'm truly in love with this feature. Now, the only bad is that it is entirely too big for either of my cars. It says universal fit, but it is too big. It's not even close to fitting either my 2017 Camaro nor my 30th anniversary Jetta GLI. I would suspect anybody trying to use this for a sports car or sedan will have the same issue. I tried to show in my pictures how it is too big. I will have to cut it down at least 4 inches to make it fit, which I will do, but that is a project for another day. I guess the good there is then it will be custom fit.
