this product is a bit tricky it does work but for the best results i recommend you lay down and stretch the material and put it on and you will need help applying for best results. Dont try to stand up because it wont hold or pull like you want. for the back pain you might try to put the tape on there but there is only a bit of relief not as much as you need. the belly relief it really good but the material isnt as sticky and everyone says it is it could use more stickiness to it and taking it off is a breeze. No break outs, blisters, skin tears, nothing of that sort.works pretty good for a temporary fix but probably want to later invest in a belly band. Im currrently 25 weeks and a bit on the heavier side since my pregnancy 215 so this is just for reference.
