Everything You'd Hope For in a Mortar & Pestle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavy, well made mortar & pestle. The marble material is absolutely gorgeous, and it is effective in powdering and pasting herbs, nuts and spices. Plus, you can use it right out of the box after a quick wash if you choose not to season it prior to use. OH, and it elegantly dresses up the kitchen. So cute!

Perfectly Crushes Herbs & Spices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for grinding herbs & spices that would get otherwise pulverized by my electric coffee grinder. Solid (and hefty) pure black marble, with matching pestle ... the 12.5 x 7.6 cm mortar size is large enough to fit plenty, but not too large as to be cumbersome.
