Many ways to eat these wonderful beans

These are tasty little guys! In the present state of the world dry beans are difficult to come by and buying fresh dry beans is near impossible. These must have been harvested and dried recently because they are perfect. Just because I can, I am doing a test to see if I can use them also for Microgreening. They have germinated, (these are organic) so we'll see how it goes.
