Bent on 1st use

I had a hook remover very similar to this that came from a sporting goods store. I used it for years and finally had a 49 pound catfish roll while I was trying to remove the hook, and broke it. I found this one and thought it was the same thing. It arrived and seemed lighter. The very 1st time I used it on a 5 or 6 pound fish it bent badly. I straightened it out with pliers, but expect it to bend or break with the next use.
