These are heavy duty, solid, sturdy chairs. I have folks who are 300 lbs. or more in my family, and these are able to hold up to 400 lbs. I am very satisified.

I bought six of these chairs almost 3 yrs ago and I'm very satisfied. They're sturdy and the design is simple but presentable. I've had chairs of other make before that the welds came apart easy. That's the main reason why I've searched you on the internet again and bought 4 recently. these chairs are made well. Hubby is heavyset and they work great for him. The only problem we had was they did not send any screws to attach the seats. So we had to use our own.
