After a lot of deliberation I decided to purchase a pair of these Rally trainers. They are just perfect. Not only do they look good but they feel light and extremely comfortable so much so that you don't even realise you're wearing them. Well worth the money. My husband wishes they had a men's Rally trainer just like these.

This is the 7th pair of Rally trainers I have bought, 3 white - the oldest for the beach one for every day and one for best, 3 navy - the oldest for the garden one for everyday and one for best, and the latest black for wet weather funerals. All still provide good support. The older ones have been machine washed on several occasions at 30 degrees with a detergent for wool and silk and emerge wonderfully clean and renewed. I restore the scuff marks with polish. Occasionally I wear other shoes, but for confident comfort these are unsurpassed.
