InnerSpace Luxury Products, LLC ("InnerSpace") warrants that the InnerSpace Table
Collection tables shall be free from manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship for 30
days from the date of purchase. If a defect in the table is observed during the limited warranty
period, InnerSpace will at its option: replace the table containing the defect within the first 30
days (only) of the warranty period. A new limited warranty shall not apply to any replacement;
however, the unexpired term of the original limited warranty will apply to any replacement. If a
table identical to the one originally purchased is not available at the time a replacement is
awarded, InnerSpace reserves the right to substitute for the original a table of equal or greater
value. This limited warranty is applicable only to the initial purchaser and does not apply to
tables sold by InnerSpace and used for purposes other than the intended use. This limited
warranty does not cover damage to the table caused by, including, but not limited to: soiling,
scratches, abrasives, burns, stains, water, bodily fluids, pets, abuse, improper maintenance,
excessive force, sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, prolonged exposure to
direct sunlight, ordinary wear and tear and similar use or damage.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, RELATING TO THE TABLE SHALL NOT EXCEED
THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, INNERSPACE
MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY OTHER KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE TABLE, WHETHER AS TO MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER; ANY SUCH
WARRANTIES BEING HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL
LIABILITIES OR OBLIGATIONS OF INNERSPACE FOR DAMAGES TO OR BY THE INITIAL
PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INNERSPACE BE

Beautiful and exactly as described
The item was exactly what I expected and what was described online. I had purchased another "gold" accent table with this one and the color was more of a mustard with no metallic finish. This product had a beautiful gold antiqued metallic finish. I'm already considering ordering a second one.
