Poor Quality and Workmanship

I ordered 3 of these panels in grey and didn't like the color so I wanted to return them. They can't be returned to Walmart only to the Linen Store. Although it was free shipping to me it would cost $23.00-25.00 to return them ( I only paid $35.00 for the whole order), so I decided to keep them. When I opened the packages, the hems were so unevenly sewed that they wouldn't hang straight, some places there were streaks of white and bits of fabric were sewn into the side hems. Directions say not to iron but the hems and seams are so bad and they were so wrinkled, that they have to be ironed. They did look better after ironing. Also be aware of Linen Store policy that they only accept returns of UNOPENED merchandise. You can't see the poor quality until they are opened. I would not buy again.
