Machine is great! I saw couple reviews that scared me but it is because they were not using it correct. If you do not put coffee, the espresso will not work and if you don't want lots of water when steaming the milk, you need to press the steam button on the screen and wait it stop fleshing, then the espresso machine is ready for you to steam. All these info are in the manual.
