I did have a coffee maker that used pods. But when it quit working, I decided to give this one a try. Have had it a little over a week and I love the way it works. It does require filters but I feel they add less to the land fills and so decided to try this type. And as the coffee brand I used in the pods also comes in a bag I did not have to change the brand I like.

This coffee pot is perfect for me I only drink 2 cups a day so it works for me. And it only takes a few minutes to brew I love that. It don't shut off by its self so it took me a minute to remember to turn it off I was used to my old one that shut off automatic turn off

This is a simple, basic, easy to use, east to clean coffee maker. I bought this smaller one to make herbal teas in to go along with my 10 cup one of same band and style that I use for coffee. These keep the coffee hot but doesn't burn it and I have had no problems with them.
