cheap and does what it's supposed to do

i had one for my husband and myself. i don't know what happened to it. we bought another one for simplicity in the mornings for the two of us. it doesn't come with a filter so we bought a mesh one off amazon for $5. recommend if you're not looking for anything with bells and whistles, just on and off.

A great deal!

This was a second one I ordered to replace the old one which just gave out one day. I ordered this via store delivery, the box was crushed and the lid was damaged. Instead of returning it, I took the lid off the old one and changed them out. It wasn't easy but it worked! It's so quick that it's not a PIA to wait for a second cup (if you only make one cup at a time).

The coffee filter basket spring loaded water release does not perfectly align w/ the carafe's drip lid tip, %26 thus, if you have not given it an extra minute or 2, for the all of the coffee to have been released onto the carafe, after it stops boiling/brewing, you will get the coffee to be dripped onto the burner, which you should dry right away, %26 clean as soon as possible.
