Wow! These knives are sharp! And surprisingly sturdy given the very modest price. I hate having to cut the thick layer of skin and fat from a picnic pork shoulder. What usually is an ordeal was made quick and easy with the paring size knife! I was impressed! My daughter liked that the blades were colored too! I painted an old light wood knife block to match my kitchen, and added these knives. It looks like a set costing $150.00 or more!! Would definitely recommend!!
