My two sons have enjoyed Carnation Breakfast Essentials for at least 15 years. I've recently started drinking one a day and they're pretty great. I do wish they had a little less sugar but I prefer it over artificial sweetener. I cannot stand the aftertaste of artificial sweetener. They're not gritty at all either. Perfectly smooth like chocolate milk.

I was pleasantly surprised that they taste excellent and are smooth and easy to drink on the go. the strawberry is my personal fave but the chocolate is also yummy.
