Not the best but usable.
If you want something for occasional visits this is good. It's very heavy but the main bulk of it is cheaply made and thin. On carpet the bed does not fold up correctly, the middle brace bows up and you have to step on it to make the bed close. The screws on the legs are all coming loose, we've only used the bed less than 5 times. Overall it's okay, but if you want a quality piece then look into another Murphy, this one cannot be taken apart of sold later. It's not a long living quality piece.
