It's already falling apart

So far, this products has been a disappointment. The delivery person refused to deliver it to my door, which necessitated me carrying very heavy boxes up a flight of stairs. I attempted to communicate with FedEx prior to delivery, but it was to no avail. Now, the bed has been up for less than two weeks, and the knobs that pull out the bottom drawer have fallen off, and I cannot get them back on.
