Hot flashes much improved
I have had hot flashes for a dozen years and I've found a few products help with frequency and intensity but nothing makes them go away totally. That's the case here too - this product has helped me with frequency of hot flashes and intensity, but I do still have them, just to a much more manageable degree.

Quality looking packaging. No smell. A bit big in size but similar to other supplements I've taken before so no surprise there. I take the lower dosage, frequency of 2 per day, but I already feel the benefits with an uplift in my mood. Planning to make this a part of my daily routine
