This was a replacement item and was pretty skeptical about my original order and replacement...... I have medium thick size locs and have been looking for pins that can hold my locs in place while retwisting my hair,.... and I have found them 😊. They are long pins 3 1/2 inches and very strong, with wide opening.... I do recommend. This was a great buy.
