    Well, let's go! I'll explain again, (I've done this countless times). I bought the sofa online on the wall mart website at the end of November 2022. I received it on December 12th, I took it out of the box, assembled the sofa and everything was fine, but a month later the part under the sofa gave way, because the wood used to fit the arm of the sofa was bad, did not support the screws. Now let's go to my saga to solve this problem, I sent a message through my application and they instructed me to call you. I did that, you ask me for the box number and say that without that number there is no way to help. Then I ask, how will I know if I threw the box away as soon as I assembled the sofa? For the love of God, the sofa gave way after delivery, I didn't keep the box because I would never have imagined that they would deliver me a bad product, And now there's nothing to do because I threw the box away? That's right? I hope you answer my email as soon as possible, because this matter is making me stressed, resolve it or I will have to take appropriate legal action in this case.
