Loveseat Not So Lovely

Highly Disappointed

This purchase was awful. Usually Hayneedle has wonderful quality items but this loveseat was such a huge disappointment. From the legs not fitting properly to their being a huge black mark on the arm, it was just not good. Material had an awful chemical smell also which I've never experienced before with a piece of furniture. Thankfully they refunded my money, but I will never purchase again.

Huge Disappointment

This was absolutely a disappointment. Measurements were not as specified on advertisement, had a huge black mark on the arm, had a strong chemical smell to it, one leg did not fit, and definitely was not the Elle quality I am used to. Thankfully they issued a refund and picked it up to send back. Im usually very satisfied with Hayneedle but this one definitely was a huge let down.
