Great morning and midday drink

Drink this every morning. Haven't been able to take my vitamins and minerals for the past 2 months. So I started drinking this for the last of my vitamin intake. I whip it in the blender and sometimes add couple slices of banana. YUMMO. I only wish they could lower the carbs. Is very filling also with just the right about of protein .If they could do that I'd drink it twice a day .

I so love love love carnation breakfast essentials. It is my go to healthy pick me up every day, not just in the mornings. Coffee nor energy drinks gives me the healthy pick up that I need to get me going and to keep me going throughout the day! As soon as I drink it I can just feel the power from all of those vitamins jolt inside of my body and it is so delicious!!! I got my pregnant niece to start drinking it and it gives her that extra burst of vitamins that her and her baby needs. She loves it! I even make smoothies with the breakfast essentials, I put it in the blender and throw in a banana for extra potassium.
