Great Product

This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm using it in my dining room area for my plants and games. It arrived fast, in one box (not handled the best by the driver, I watched him drop it on my porch %26 tilted it on a banister causing it to fall over in the wind. The box was labeled al over, handle with care). Product was fine and all pieces were there. Nothing damaged, was able to pull the box in my door alone. Instructions are just pictures and step numbers, took some thinking but, I figure out the picture/layout and was able to assemble alone in about 2 hours. I did need help to carry once it was assembled. It's really good quality and the perfect size! There are different color options and the heater heats 1 big kitchen/dinning room area very well. Not loud at all, like a light fan, kinda soothing/relaxing. The measurements were right on. I wanted something that wouldn't be over my window sill and this sits right above.

The item was satisfactory.

I'm not sure where to file a complaint concerning delivery. The driver pressed the large bundle against my door. My crippled mother opened the door, and it trapped her against the wall. Her shouting prompted the crackhead across the street to come rescue her, and she allowed him inside my home. I was at work.
