The trimmer is of course environmentally friendly. It is a powerful and reliable tool to have. I would be amiss not to mention how powerful the powerful the battery is. As for improvement. I think the string wears out too fast. I think it consumes the string too fast - It could be the quality of the string. I would definitely recommend this trimmer

I live on a corner lot and have had electric yard maintenance items for years. Fathers day came and my wife got me the Ego 15" String Trimmer and Blower Combo Kit. OMG! I bought the trimmer just over a week ago. So easy to use. It's got very good power and definitely long enough trimming time on the battery. Wish it had some attachment or ring for a shoulder harness. It's a good size machine and I get tired holding it up. I will devise a harness attachment myself.
