This is my second KC2000 Kegerator. I got good use and life out of the first one, however the new one does cool down to a lower temperature. It will freeze the keg if turned to the lowest setting, so no worries about an ice cold brew. The outer box it was shipped in was pretty banged up upon arrival, but the inter box and packing were in good shape and protected the unit very well.
