All-time fave yoga/pilates mat

This yoga mat has the best "stickiness" of any yoga mat I have ever used. I no longer slide on my mat while holding different poses. Also, this mat has a good cushioning to support my frame in different yoga poses. I first used an Ecowise yoga mat at a gym I frequented some years ago, and immediately noticed how much better I liked it than any mat I had ever used. I waited to purchase it until after I had moved. My only regret is not buying it a lot sooner!! I was delighted to find this mat at Walmart. It also comes in a lot of great colors.
