It has brought much more light to hall and looks good. Only downside is the base isn't as wide as the last fixture that was there so there is a ring. Other thing to note is the packaging was very generic and unappealing to the eye. Way too much foam that fell apart when we tried pulling it out of the box. This light should hold and age well!
