Delicious, I am on the GAPS diet and I heard so much about duck fat. So I decided to order it along with other fats, and it is very unique, it almost taste like butter with brown sugar, but unsweetened! I haven't had sugar in over a year due to Candida diet, but this fat is delish! I'm not sure what cage free means? Like is it wild, pastured? Or just cage free? I'd like to know for my reference :)
