These are the most comfortable pillows ive ever bought at a great price. It even cane with a small pillow case so that if you feel the pillows are too full to your liking you can renove some stuffing and make a small throw pillow. Or remove it from one pillow and make one larger than the other or visa versa. I honestly cant tell its cooling effect works or not. Its cool when i 1st lay on it but gets warm as im sleeping. It says one side is cooling and the other isnt but thats the only thing i havebt noticed is the cooling effect unlike other cooling pillows ive purchased before. But the other ones didnt hold up like these ones do. so regardless i absolutely love them. i just purchased another 2 pack of them so i have 4 pillows that are all super nice. You wont be disappointed in purchasing these.
