Purchased this to make my surgery recovery easier. Foot/ankle in non weight bearing cast for 6 weeks. I'm 75 and this has been my lifesaver. Small home but have been able to maneuver in tight spaces. Larger front wheels help in stability, great hand brakes with locking ability. Have ordered a second knee cushion and a basket instead of the pouch . I'll survive six weeks thanks to my knee scooter.

This was a fun experience in the midst of painful Achilles rupture. Well the fun began about week two after my surgery ! My son (15)assembled it for me and he said it was easy and quick to do. It was easy to adjust handlebars and learn to operate. I'm glad I chose a colorful one to help cheer me on. Every place I went people would compliment the colors. I wiped it down a couple times to keep its sparkle of new, quick and easy process. I still have use for it long days about on my feet. Now if there is a slope in store parking lot when shopping, I recommend riding the brake on the way down😉 figures I turn 50 and need my eyes checked because I sure did not see the big crack in the cement instead of wind in my hair!

I was looking for a knee scooter for my upcoming foot surgery. I had a checklist for what my needs were-the scooter needed to be sturdy, stylish and be in my budget price range. I looked on Walmart.com and I was able to find all 3 things in a Pink Elenker Scooter. The price was lower than most of the name brand scooters but it had the same options. And the Shipping was fast. When I received the scooter I was a little intimidated with all the pieces. But the directions were incredibly straight forward and the scooter was easy to assemble. I've been post op for 4 days and I am able to get around the house and do all the things I used to do. I feel safe when I'm moving around my house. The scooter is sturdy and it maneuvers around corners and in and out of doorways. I highly recommend the Elenker Scooter.
