what a boost!

This memory stick really added a much needed boost to my computer. My grandson can now play his games with the computer freezing up and the price was very reasonable. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Instant Perfomance Boost

I bought 2 of these 512MB memory chips to boost my brothers computer since he only had 256MB in his Dell 2400 Desktop. Don't expect a DRASTIC performance boost for everything, but when you are crunching a big spreadsheet or doing graphics intensive things like gaming it really helps. Installing the memory is a snap for an experienced techie and is fairly easy for the novice if you are careful. Always handle the memory while grounded to a metal object (some part of your body touching the object) and be sure to seat the memory fully into the slots until the retaining clips click into place. The memory is "keyed" by a notch on the connection edge that is just off center to prevent putting it in backwards. This memory has performed flawlessly since Christmas and is expected to for a long time.
