Doubling as a dehumidifier this unit will remove up to 78 pints of moisture from your home per day. Add a supplemental heat source to your home with the 11,000 BTU heat-mode option. Designed with a self-evaporative system, the heater ac combo unit condensates water recycled inside for efficient cooling. Equipped with new cooling options tailored to your preferences, the unit has 3 air flow speeds, plus auto 1-way directional air louvers for effective air movement while in use. At night take advantage of the 24-Hour Programmable Timer or Sleep Mode function for minimal maintenance and consistent cooling at all hours. More than I expected
I was on the fence about buying this unit but I am so glad that I did. It cools my living room, dining room, and kitchen quite nicely and the price can't be beat for the BTU's provided. Our window was too small for the provided adaptors kit, but my husband too it to the shop, made the adjustment, and it works beautifully. The plug is a 3 prong plug and the cord is a nice length. I am actually going to order another one for the shop, since this one works so well.

Just got it yesterday but man oh man has it been keeping my living room and kitchen nice and cool. Not sure how to use the heat though. It doesn't say anything in the manual and when I put it on heat it doesn't do anything. So I will just have to keep working on it.

Works well if you get it figured out.
I like how well it cools. I bought it to help my central heat and air. Hoping the electric bill will come down. I did have a problem with the fan making a loud noise. The manual doesnt explain how to work it, or not to where I understand it. It does come with a telephone number and a web site. I looked up the web site to help with the noise but it failed to help or show anything. I didnt bother to call.
