A great choice for a basic Mass Gainer.
This is a great affordable Mass Gainer option. It may not be the very best but it works. I recently switched from regular whey to mass gainer and quickly noticed a difference. If you can afford a higher quality option by all means do so. But if you are on a budget or new to gain seeking, this is a good starting spot. Works well for shaping body
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for 3 weeks and I can honestly say that it works pretty fast if you ask me. I am currently back on it and have gained about 8 pounds. I don't eat 4-5 meals a day even feel my has appetite under controlled .I almost always use almond milk and banana with Kale as a mixer .The powder mixes very well and easy to control the consistency.
