Instructions
Add 2-1/2 cups of Super Mass Gainer to 24-32 fl oz of water or 32 fl oz of whole milk. Blend for 30-45 seconds. Add ice cubes, fruit or other ingredients as desired and blend for an additional 30-45 seconds. Note: Using milk will provide a thicker, creamier, higher-calorie shake. Shaker-cup friendly when using 1/2 serving or less. Shake for 30-45 seconds to allow our proper mixing.

A great choice for a basic Mass Gainer.
This is a great affordable Mass Gainer option. It may not be the very best but it works. I recently switched from regular whey to mass gainer and quickly noticed a difference. If you can afford a higher quality option by all means do so. But if you are on a budget or new to gain seeking, this is a good starting spot. As always with supplements, do your research and make good choices. Always go for the best quality you can afford as it is something you will be putting into your body regularly.

Works well for shaping body
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for 3 weeks and I can honestly say that it works pretty fast if you ask me. I am currently back on it and have gained about 8 pounds. I don't eat 4-5 meals a day even feel my has appetite under controlled .I almost always use almond milk and banana with Kale as a mixer .The powder mixes very well and easy to control the consistency.
