The unit is stable on the ground and has a good degree of air power. I've only used level 1 which is light air with little noise and level 2 which has greater air power and increased noise. I haven't need to use the 3rd level due to the weather. I am very satisfied with this product.

Can't say enough good things about this fan. It's our second one after the first for our kid's room worked so well. Our power bills were enormous this summer. Bought this for our living room during the day and moved it to bedroom overnight. We were able to bump up our AC temp by 8 degrees and saved nearly $500 in PG%26E over the first two months. Only drawback is that it is not noisy but also not silent.
