If you have a problem with chafing this stuff is the best of the best! I never heard of this product until a friend turned me on to it. I use it in the groin area and it stay's on no matter how far I run. It is a lotion but dries almost immediately to a powder that adheres to my skin. I have tried other products that are cheaper but never felt another product even close to this.
