My Borzoi (Russian wolfhound) LOVES this bed! He's a long, thin sighthound, with not a lot of padding on his bones. I bought one of these beds about 2 years ago when he had to have a leg amputated. He's very happy on it! I had a thinner memory foam bed (different brand) in his crate. He loves his crate, but after spending a few minutes there, he'd come back to his nice thick living room bed. So I bought this one for his crate. Now he splits his time about equally between the crate bed and the living room bed. He's an old guy, too (8 years, which is pretty old for a Borzoi), but these beds seem to cushion his bones nicely. He'll even occasionally refuse an invitation to come up on the couch in favor of staying on the bed! I highly recommend this for any dog who wants a nice comfy bed.

My Borzoi (Russian wolfhound) loves it! (I bet he'll like it even more after he gets his sutures out and can stop wearing the cone!) He hopped on and flopped right down, and hasn't moved in the last two hours. It's plenty big enough for him (although I have no idea why he wants to lie across it instead of along it). The thick memory foam is just barely compressed under him, so there's plenty of cushioning between him and the floor. The denim cover is soft, and feels very durable. I'm very pleased!
