The only thing I didn't like is that there is a rubber ring that is included to use with the upper tank. The instructions need to tell you that this needs to be inserted between the two tanks to prevent leakage. It's not even included in the accessories list. I know that it should be self explanatory but isn't that what instructions are really for? Anyway, I love the water fountain.

This water bowl is pretty good made out of steel or aluminum. It's rest proof. It holds about 3 1/4 gallons of water. It has a side gauge you can get it for it automatically comes on stays on all the time or it only comes on when the dog comes up to it Easy to keep clean as a filtration system. The dog has constant freshwater.
