Poor customer service!

Ordered and received item in 2 days, only to find there was a defective item from a manufacturer defect. Took 2 days to get return label for item and then waited another 3 days for a replacement to show shipping info, that never showed. No emails sent and cs rep couldn't explain delay or when I could get replacement. Cancelled and ordered from Amazon exactly same unit and received in 2 days. Still no emails from you except your survey for service from your customer service rep
