Well-made and very well-packaged. Found no flaws while putting these together. Nice supportive cushions. Comes with a useable wrench, but do yourself a favor and find a 10mm socket wrench and a 10mm open end or combination wrench. It will go so much faster. All connecting points are covered with a round plastic sleeve. Pop them off and bolt the pieces together. Wait till all the bolts are in place and the legs are all flat to the floor to fully tighten.

This chair is customer made for us seniors who find it almost impossible to get out of a patio chair due to poor upper body strength. This chair is not only higher than usual - 18.5" from floor to cushion - but the cushion is nice and wide and firm. The chair frame is sturdy and well made. The foot stool has a convenient storage compartment under the cushion support. It's extremely simple to put together since all the screws are the same size and come in individual vacuum sealed package with the needed wrench for both the chair and foot stool. Instructions are super easy to follow - just look at the photo. However, the large chair size makes this a two person project - I left it up to my two teenage grandchildren to do and they had no trouble at all. Suggest up buy the Walmart Love Seat Cover 55wx33dx38h ($17.00) - stack the foot stool on top of the seat cushion and the cover fits perfectly. Walmart had the lowest price on the internet for this item. The boxes are very large - suggest you take advantage of free home delivery.
