Instructions
You Will Need: Pizza kit; Measuring cup; Mixing bowl & fork. Pizza Dough Prep: 1. Combine flour mix and yeast packet in a large mixing bowl with 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) of lukewarm water. Stir with a fork until dough begins to form. 2. Knead by hand for 3 minutes, or until dough is soft and smooth. Transfer to a clean, lightly oiled bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. (After this step, you can refrigerate for use within 1-3 days). 3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Divide dough into 2-4 equal pieces [Thick crust: Makes 2-10 inch pizzas. Thin-crust: Makes 4-10 inch pizzas] (depending on size and thickness desired). Form pizza by hand on a lightly oiled baking pan or pizza stone. Accent with your favorite toppings. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and toppings are cooked. Topping Ideas: Crushed Italian Tomatoes + Fresh Mozzarella + Basil Goat Cheese + Caramelized Onions + Balsamic Glaze Pepperoni + Sun Dried Tomatoes + Provolone Spinach + Bacon + Ricotta + Olives.

Great pizza dough!
Love this pizza dough. It's a little pricey, but we find we can stretch the dough enough to make 2 pizzas out of it. It isn't quite restaurant quality, but definitely an elevated home pizza. If you want those bubbles in your pizza or for an even better crust, after the 45 minutes rise time, place in the fridge for at least an hour. Makes a big difference.
