Disappointed Big Time

The chair arrived today and there were no legs for me to put on the chair, no screws nuts or bolts. Just the cushion seat piece. Looked nice but does me no good without the legs, bolts or screws. So I guess it will be returned. Walmart's chat said if missing parts contact the manufacturer… well that's Real Crappy Walmart- you should send me a new one or provide the missing parts and charge the manufacturer at their expense for being customer service… maybe next time they will do better on their quality control when packing the box to avoid fees or whatever you impose for them doing business with a big box store. Don't make customer go on company chase and hunt to figure it out! I don't want added things to do on my list, and I didn't want to waste time on sorting out an issue I didn't cause. Now I have to wait up to 48 hours for a response from whoever- the phone number was an out of country phone number so that just says hassle or foreign confusion all over it… something tells me I'll be returning this chair on day 3. Eye roll… maybe my expectation was too high. Simple quality products, companies and customer service just don't exist anymore.
