OK, a bit too expensive.
I was looking for meals to serve one person and found this. I've bought this in cans, but then you're stuck with the left-overs. I find the nearly $2.00 price too high for what it is. It is mostly potatoes which are not that expensive, but it does have about 5 pieces of what looks like extruded meat squares that has a little better texture and flavor than the canned version. I never really liked Dinty Moore beef stew that much, but it's OK when there doesn't seem to be much other choice of meals for one. It has a film of oil on top that I don't care for. I find that I have to dip 4 or 5 slices of Italian bread into the oily sauce to get to the main ingredients. I like that it cooks in one minute like other Completes meals. $$1.25 would be a more fair price.
