DHP Dakota Tufted Upholstered Storage Bed Frame, Twin, White Faux Leather

So, before I ordered this bed, I came across a few reviews that were complaining about how much space you had to have to put this bed together in.. and that they even had to use another room to put the drawers together in, before connecting them to the main bed. So I figured the obvious solution to that problem would be to put the drawers together FIRST, set them aside, and THEN put the frame together. Well, guess what? BINGO! That is EXACTLY what you need to do, and makes the whole project more space manageable, and easier as you go along. And this is why.. believe it or not, the drawers are the hardest part of the whole assembly. Lots of parts and screws, with lots of ways to put a piece on wrong, makes this part of the project very tedious and time consuming. Not to mention that these drawers are big and put together with flimsy parts (but sturdy when fully put together). Plus you can't fully tighten the screws on these drawers until it is FULLY put together.. otherwise, some of the holes won't line up correctly, and you'll have to backtrack and loosen up all the screws on the entire drawer, before tightening them all up again after you get ALL the screws in. NOTE: be very careful when tightening the back two screws (the two that DON'T hold a wheel barring to the bottom of the drawer) that connect the bottom of the drawer to the walls of the drawer.. the heads of those screws can twist off from the body of the screw if over tightened, because these screws are smaller and thinner than the screws that hold the wheel barring, bottom of the drawer, and walls of the drawer all together. And btw, assembly for the drawers starts on Step 9.. so skip ahead to that step when you start this project. You'll understand why and be glad you did once you're all finished! Good luck, and this is truly an awesomely modern, and sturdy bed that's fit for a "King", with the budget of a Peasant! d; lol. Enjoy!
