This bed is great! The instructions were easy to follow and putting it together was fairly easy. It does take two to make sure it lines up while inserting screws. Took two of us about an hour and a half. The metal slats proved to be quite sturdy and after sleeping on it for 3 nights has calmed any angst I had. Yes, I would recommend this bed.

I purchased this bed for myself. A 53 yr old woman.Not for a child.I really read reviews first as I wanted it to be sturdy.It's a gorgeous bed.So well made.Very hard metal.Not bendable cheap toddler bed material.I moved and have a small bedroom.Needed a twin.It has two setting when putting it together(which was EASY) so mattress can sit lower or higher.I used higher.It looks like a big girl grown up bed :) I used a 12 inch foam mattress and no box spring is required.The price of the bed is so low.It really is so well made,I would have paid much more for it.I did not see many reviews on adults using this bed.Hope this helps any other adult wanting it.Can hold a person up to 250lbs.

This is an excellent bed, and provides everything including the only two tools you need, an allen wrench, and an open end tool that they also provide. It took less than 30 minutes to assemble. Looks cool, and every item was there. Easy instructions. Couldn't be happier with this bed and Walmart!
