Unfavorable on the one quality that I can assess.
The color that arrived is very different from the color as it appears on my screen (even at the top of this review page). The color shown above (and during ordering) has a tinge of yellow and is cheerful. The color received is very drab; the term "gunmetal" came to mind, though I don't actually know if that's a color. Having these covers on my chairs would depress me! I can't comment on the fabric's feel or fit as I have not opened the individual packages since I will return them..
