I always use smart balance to use as an oil or a spread. When I've looked at other brands and compared ingredients I think that smart balance is the healthiest choice with a good taste. since I like olive oil, I usually buy the spread and olive oil, but this purchased here. I've used this oil for years. Since it first came on the market. In sauces, frying, mixes, etc. I prefer the Smart Balance Cooking oil brand over other cooking oil brands. The brand claims to help with inflammation and blood pressure. All I know is it tastes good, light and easy to digest. I like to buy more than one bottle at a time to not run out during cooking/baking. Guys, this oil can be pricey! It is so WORTH it! you can sometimes find it on sale (still pricey) if you have the time to search for it. I'm not the coupon type.
