If you like venison you need one of these cookers! I use it for venison roasts all the time. It will brown the roast (3 min each side) and then cook an entire roast in 50-60 minutes! And let me tell you, if you like tender roast this is the bomb! Get a large ladle because the meat is so tender you can't use a fork. It just falls to pieces. You do not need a knife. If you like to make chili this one does it effortlessly. You can even can jars with it. Once you have one you'll never use a traditional crockpot ever again. Super easy to steam rice! This thing does it all! Use it once and you'll be hooked!

I love my Cuisinart Pressure Cooker! I'm still learning how to cook with a pressure cooker, however this is my second pressure cooker that I've bought. The first pressure cooker I bought was another brand and didn't brown as good as the Cuisinart does. I have friends that get together with all of our pressure cookers and one of our friends teaches us how to cook different meals in them. It's a lot of fun, plus we get to to sample all the meals afterwards and how it's how I learned how wonderful the Cuisinart really is!
